REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make sure that our products are meeting your criteria & needs. In order to make this happen:

• We kindly ask you to check your order before you pay while the courier man is outside your door & decide whether you'll have it or you want to refund it on the spot.

• Partial receiving is not allowed – it's either full acceptance or a full return.

• Please note that this will be your only way to refund your order.

للعملاء لهم الحق في تجربة الأوردر أثناء انتظار المندوب وإذا لم تكن مناسبة يتم استرجاعها مع المندوب في الحال ودفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.

لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي – إما قبول كامل أو إرجاع كامل.
